Mark Childs - is a Companion and former CIPD Vice-President Reward, Consulting Editor of CIPD’s Reward Management publication, chief architect and Course Tutor of the Advanced Certificate in Reward Management and author of Personnel Today's One Stop Guide to Reward. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consultants
Mark's employment experience includes Director of Global Compensation & Benefits for Fidelity Investments, Seagram, Chubb, Reckitt & Colman and Forte; a career preceded by 10 years as an HR generalist.
Jim Cressey - has 35 years' reward management and pensions' experience in FTSE businesses and local authorities. He has 10 years' consulting experience in employee benefits with Mercers and Noble Lowndes and is a leading adviser on benefit plan design, job evaluation and stock incentive plans. Jim is Student of Michigan University – Human Resources Executive Programme.
Janice Edwards - has more than 12 years' experience in pay analysis and compensation management. She has multi-sector and international expertise in the design of pay structures, salary progression systems, sales commission and management incentive plans. Her corporate experience includes 6 years in Fidelity Investments as a senior compensation analyst, and 5 years in a similar role with HSBC Asset Management.
Simon Richardson - has 15 years' international reward experience working in companies such as Logica and ING Bank. He also worked for 7 years in PwC's in-house reward team managing international assignments in and out of Europe. Simon’s early HR career at Logica focused on recruitment and employee development, prior to taking responsibility for their international assignment programme. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
